About The Position
The Director serves as the People Operations (POps) leader and enables Geneva to deliver ambitious goals while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, learning, and accountability. The Director partners with leadership to deliver a high-performing, trusted Leadership Team. The Director is also critical to the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide systems and processes to ensure enhanced human capital processes and efficiencies. The Director leads a team in the areas of sourcing/recruiting, onboarding, compensation, fringe benefits, employee relations, culture/DEIB, professional development, performance management, policy administration, and organizational initiatives. The Director creates strategies to drive business alignment and success, assesses current state of people operations, understands gaps between current and desired future state, provides a roadmap for achieving world-class people operations, develops integrated employee engagement communications, and builds a great employee experience.
We are seeking to fill this position with an employee that is within a reasonable commute to one of our locations in the National Capital Region (Bethesda, MD), San Antonio, TX, Tacoma, WA, or Fayetteville, NC.
Salary Range
$125,000 - $150,000. Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate’s related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
