The Director partners with leadership to deliver a high-performing, trusted Leadership Team. The Director is also critical to the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide systems and processes to ensure enhanced human capital processes and efficiencies. Specifically, the Program Manager is responsible for the overall performance and execution of multi-site grants and contracts in support of military-relevant medical research and other services.   This position is hybrid/remote, working onsite at the Fort Bragg Research Institute (FBRI) in Fayetteville, NC one to two days a week and two to three days remote.     Salary Range   $80,600-$100,000. This position develops, organizes, and executes effective strategies that position Geneva to achieve business development, revenue, and outreach goals and accomplish long-term growth.
