About The Position
The Director serves as the People Operations (POps) leader and enables Geneva to deliver ambitious goals while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, learning, and accountability. The Director partners with leadership to deliver a high-performing, trusted Leadership Team. The Director is also critical to the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide systems and processes to ensure enhanced human capital processes and efficiencies. The Director leads a team in the areas of sourcing/recruiting, onboarding, compensation, fringe benefits, employee relations, culture/DEIB, professional development, performance management, policy administration, and organizational initiatives. The Director creates strategies to drive business alignment and success, assesses current state of people operations, understands gaps between current and desired future state, provides a roadmap for achieving world-class people operations, develops integrated employee engagement communications, and builds a great employee experience.
We are seeking to fill this position with an employee that is within a reasonable commute to one of our locations in the National Capital Region (Bethesda, MD), San Antonio, TX, Tacoma, WA, or Fayetteville, NC.
Salary Range

About The Position
The Program Manager provides programmatic oversight of all research activities within their research portfolio. Specifically, the Program Manager is responsible for the overall performance and execution of multi-site grants and contracts in support of military-relevant medical research and other services.
This position is hybrid/remote, working onsite at the Fort Bragg Research Institute (FBRI) in Fayetteville, NC one to two days a week and two to three days remote.
Salary Range

About The Position
The Marketing & Outreach Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of external marketing and outreach programs. This position develops, organizes, and executes effective strategies that position Geneva to achieve business development, revenue, and outreach goals and accomplish long-term growth. The Marketing & Outreach Manager collaborates with Business Development and other departments to increase Geneva’s influence and growth in strategic areas as determined by the Director of Client Partnerships.
This position is hybrid/remote, working at the NCR in Bethesda, MD or Frederick office (on site visits and meetings) one to three days a week, and two days telecommuting.
Salary Range

About The Position
Under the direction of the Associate Director, this position is responsible for the day to day activity of Accounts Recievable and collection efforts. The AR Accounting Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate cash applications of payments in accordance with company policies, procedures and internal controls. This position is also responsible for monthly bank and credit card reconciliation.

About The Position
The Research Portfolio Administrator I is responsible for providing institutional-level sponsored programs administration services including creating and maintaining relationships with researchers and program teams on behalf of the Office of Research Management (ORM).
This position is a Hybrid/Remote and will require 2-3 days onsite at the Brooks City Base (Brooks Clinic) in San Antonio, TX, and two days of telecommuting.
About The Program
Autonomous Reanimation and Evacuation (AREVA) Research Program prioritizes translational research focusing on combat-relevant trauma and novel critical care interventions during care at ground level and high altitude, using a multi-disciplinary physician-led research team.
- Mission: To enable research-to-practice translation of novel life-saving interventions in critical care via performance of clinically relevant translational trauma models followed by clinical trials.
- Focus Area: Wearable medical solutions, polytrauma, critical care, extracorporeal life support (ECLS), autonomous integrated critical care systems for sustainment of life during ground and aeromedical manned and unmanned evacuation of critically ill.
